DESIGN VERIFICATION FOR THE STATE PROPERTY AGENCY
INTEGRA AES has been awarded the assignment from the State Property Agency for design verification finalized to the project validation of around 20 projects designed in BIM.
The project validation process will cover several disciplines, including seismic vulnerability, energy performance analysis, surveys and plants. The projects to be validated vary from police stations, to administrative offices, public security stations, up to financial offices.
INTEGRA AES, in accordance with the processes regulated in its ISO 9001 Quality Certification, will apply methodological and quality standards as per technical specification RT-21 (ACCREDIA).
The assignment consolidates the experience and interest of INTEGRA AES in the field of design verification finalized to the project validation (Article 26 of Italian Legislative Decree 50/2016). This is also thanks to the interdisciplinary skills acquired over the years, including those in BIM.
