INTEGRA AES is a leading company operating nationally and internationally in the engineering and architecture sectors. We are looking for a Procurement Office Manager who wants to contribute to our growth by managing the entire tender process with precision and leadership.Your Mission
As a Manager, you will be the point of contact for acquiring new opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Strategic Management: Coordination and supervision of the entire tender preparation process (administrative, technical, and financial).
• Market Analysis: Constant monitoring of tender notices and scouting for new business opportunities.
• Leadership: Management and training of the tender office team, ensuring deadlines are met and output quality is maintained.
• Networking: Management of relationships with partners and external consultants for the creation of temporary JVs and consortia.
• Compliance: Verification of documentation compliance with the Italian Procurement Code and applicable regulations.What we’re looking for
• Experience: At least 5-7 years in similar roles, preferably in engineering firms or general contractors.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of the Italian Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) and e-procurement platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organisational skills, results-oriented approach, negotiation skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Languages: Excellent English (international exposure is in our DNA!).What we offer

As we expand our business, INTEGRA AES is seeking construction engineers to join our Rome office. We offer the opportunity to work in a professional, dynamic, and forward-looking environment, with a strong focus on BIM methodology and integrated design.

Minimum requirements
- Five-year degree in Construction Engineering;
- Experience in construction engineering and/or project management;
- Excellent command of CAD and BIM software for architectural and civil/construction design.
Main activities
The selected professionals will contribute to:
- Preparation of design documents (graphics and text) in a BIM environment;
- Preparation of technical documentation and reports;
- Support for project and workgroup management (Project Management);
- Participation in site inspections for construction management and safety coordination;
- Interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Registration of the Professional Association of Engineers;
- BIM certifications (Manager, Coordinator, Specialist);
- CSP/CSE certification (Legislative Decree 81/08);
- Project management experience;
- Good knowledge of English.
