Between 1998 and 2008, a series of renovation interventions on commercial buildings were carried out, providing final design, works supervision and accounting, H&S coordination services.

Particularly, they included:

– the renovation of a fire damaged building in Olgiata (Rome), by means of new plants and the consolidation of the roofing and border walls.

– the renewal of structurally and hygienically deteriorated parts of an edifice, to be transformed into recording studio and entertainment hall in the centre of Rome, paying particular attention to installations.

– the technical upgrade of a commercial building in the centre of Rome, in compliance with existing norms, to enhance the historical value of the structure.

– the realization of a Benetton-Sisley Store in the centre of Odessa (Ukraine), carrying out a significant static consolidation in accordance with current anti-seismic standards, the refurbishment of the spaces and the renovation of the façade to create continuity between the internal activity and the urban context.
