“PIano Casa Lazio”: opportunities for economic revitalization of the area
A conference about “Piano Casa Lazio” was held on April 13 2012 at the conference hall of the Subiaco’s Cultural Center (Rome, Italy). The meeting organized by the association “Fare Pensiero” had the aim of highlighting opportunities for economic revitalization and development opportunities of the territory induced by the law 21/09, after the changes introduced by the law 10/11. The eng. Luca Montesi, as Chairman of the Planning Commission of Rome’s Order of Engineers, spoke about the contents and objectives of the existing regulatory text. Then, Montesi explained the relationship between planning instruments and the “Piano casa’s law” and concluded with a discussion on the consequences of the Plan on the urban planning quality.
