The evolution of the Piano Casa’s law
The magazine of Rome’s Order of Engineers presents an article, written by the eng. Montesi, about the “Piano casa’s law”. Starting from an analysis of the original text, which is the regional law 21/09, Luca Montesi, as Chairman of the Planning Commission and a member of the Order of the Committee for Quality Planning and Construction of the Capital, explains the limitations and problems that led to the approval of a new law (Law n. 10/2011) that integrates and makes substantial changes to the first version. The article also analyzes the objectives of the “PIano casa” and his impact on the quality of housing and urban planning in the short and medium term.
