Satisfaction with ratification of the new Public Procurement Code
INTEGRA AES expresses great satisfaction with the new Public Procurement Code, recently ratified by the Italian Government and published on the Gazzetta Ufficiale on 19 April 2016.
By virtue of its highly innovative nature, the new regulation represents a revolutionary change, as OICE (Association of Engineering, Architectural and Technical-Economic Consulting Organizations) commented. The adoption of the new Public Procurement Code, in fact, has set out in concrete terms some revisions in favour of the centrality of the design; supported also by its Regional Representative for Latium and CEO of INTEGRA AES, Luca Montesi, OICE has been trying to have such amendments approved for years in order to enlarge the market and gain in transparency about the relations with contracting authorities, as well as about the roles of economic operators.
