NATO AGS, STARTING CONSTRUCTION
NATO and Geniodife (General Directorate of Military Works and State Property) have signed an agreement regarding the construction of important new infrastructures at Sigonella Military Airport (Sicily).
Further to the acquisition of five new remotely piloted aircraft “Global Hawk”, the international military airport required an expansion of the ground operational areas (OPS area) and flight operational areas (Flight area).
Eng. Luca Montesi attended the ceremony as he supervised the Design of the Technological Systems and he will be acting as a Project Director during the construction phase.
