STRATEGIC BUILDING RENOVATION
INTEGRA AES has recently signed a new contract for the renovation of the former hydraulic control building of Peschiera del Garda (Verona – Italy). The project, which includes structural adaptation and energy efficiency improvements, will refurbish the building to house the new local headquarters of Guardia di Finanza (Law Enforcement Agency). The property, subject to landscape constraints, is located in an area of great interest and value on the shores of Garda Lake .
The assignment has been entrusted to INTEGRA AES by the Agenzia del Demanio (State Property Agency) – Veneto Regional Direction: INTEGRA AES continues its collaboration with important players engaged in the redevelopment and recovery of the Italian public real estate assets.
