STRATEGIC REDEVELOPMENT FOR THE PUBLIC SECTOR
INTEGRA AES confirms its commitment in supporting strategic planning for the Public Administration, thanks to the experience gained at national and international level. INTEGRA AES is able to define complex projects for the redevelopment and requalification of rural and urban areas, even with complex constraints. The activities begin with a survey of environmental conditions, networks and existing buildings in the areas of interest. The surveys, carried out with the most advanced techniques, including the use of drones, allow the acquisition of data for the development of the feasibility study, thus making it ready for design development in BIM. The key points of the activity are the minimization of the environmental impact, the virtuous use of land and the quality of living. The study phase is completed by the restoration and valorisation of buildings with historical/testimonial features, that may be present in the area of intervention.
