🌐 INTEGRA AES reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the UN Global Compact. We’re proud to announce the submission of our eighth Communication on Progress (COP), showcasing our dedication to the Ten Principles on Human Rights, Labour, Environment, and Anti-Corruption.
Since joining in December 2018, these principles have been at the core of our operationsāfrom ISO-certified management systems and LEED-compliant designs to active Long-Term Agreements with UN agencies worldwide. Our diverse, majority-female team exemplifies our inclusive approach.
This year’s COP highlights key achievements:
✅ Human Rights ā Ethical Code for all staff and partners; donations to Save the Children Italy; humanitarian infrastructure for WFP, UNICEF, and UNOPS in Ukraine, Jordan, and Brindisi.
✅ Labour ā Over 50% female workforce aiming for 2026; multicultural team; BIM internship at Sapienza University; ISO 45001 safety standards; zero lost-time injuries.
✅ Environment ā LEED, NZEB, and GPP-compliant projects; ISO 14001 certified; CAM Edilizia 2026 integration; paperless workflows; green headquarters in Rome.
✅ Anti-Corruption ā Zero-tolerance policy; registered with ANAC; enforced Ethical Code across all partners; ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 governance.
