INTEGRA AES ADDRESSES THE EFFECTS OF THE NEW PUBLIC PROCUREMENT CODE
A few days ago, ANAC published a press release on the effects of the new public procurement code; the Authority noted a decrease in demand of work, supplies and services due to the recent ratification of the law on the qualification of contract awarding authorities and on the obligation of centralization at the end of 2015.
Therefore, such analysis confirms INTEGRA AES’ perception of negativity, induced by the new code and to be added to the persistent weakness of the Italian internal market.
Given this critical situation, INTEGRA AES has thus targeted its resources towards foreign markets, that can still offer business opportunities, with the awareness that the company has to be properly structured in terms of certifications, production and management capacity, quality of work, etc.
