BID OFFICER

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- research, analysis, preparation of the administrative and technical documentation necessary for participation in Italian and international tenders;
- management of registration and maintenance of accreditations and qualifications in supplier registers;
- archiving and management of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders and qualifications in supplier registers;
- preparation of promotional and information documents for dissemination via the web/social media.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. (not less than a three-year degree);
- Previous experience in the role;
- Good knowledge of the English language (writing, reading, speaking);
- Good knowledge of graphics processing programs (preferred) and Office package (essential);
- Almost immediate availability.
