BUILDING ENGINEERS/ARCHITECTS
Given the expansion of our activities, we are looking for Building Engineers and Architects to whom we offer the opportunity to work and grow in a professional and dynamic environment, oriented towards the BIM world with the possibility of flexible working.
The selected professionals will be able to immediately try their hand at ongoing projects, taking on a role appropriate to their expertise, experience and attitude with clear growth objectives.
The ideal candidate must possess the following minimum requirements in terms of skills and experience:
- M.Sc. in Building Engineering/Architecture;
- Excellent and proven experience in technical drawing and the design of architectural and civil works using CAD software, including BIM methodology;
- Good knowledge of English;
The selected profile will collaborate in INTEGRA AES activities by contributing to the following:
- Drafting project documents (graphic and textual) from preliminary to executive design also in a BIM environment;
- Prepare the documentation and reporting necessary for the development of services;
- Support the management of work groups, projects and coordination of activities;
- Assist in site inspections for Works Management and Safety Coordination services;
- Participate in meetings with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
The following will constitute a preferential qualification:
- Registration with the relevant professional associations;
- BIM Manager, Coordinator and Specialist certifications;
- Qualification as Safety Coordinator on temporary and mobile construction sites (under Legislative Decree 81/08);
- Experience in project management.
The compensation and the type of the proposed contract will be determined by the skills found, the correspondence of one’s requirements with the requested profile and the experience gained in the sector.
