Activities envisaged by the role:
- Welcome and reception
- Switchboard management and sorting of incoming calls
- Office management activities (organization of meeting rooms, appointments, interviews, support for technical interventions)
- Management of mail, couriers and suppliers
- Purchasing and procurement of materials and goods for the office
- Data entry in the management software and archive
- Accounting management
- Issue and registration of purchase and sale invoices
- Support to general services
We are looking for candidates with the following requirements:
- Be under 30 years old
- IT general knowledge, and in particular of Office package and e-mail management
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written comprehension and production)
- Confidentiality, seriousness and courtesy
- Problem solving and accuracy
- Good ability to organize work and flexibility
- Previous administrative / secretariat experience is preferable but not essential
Almost immediate availability is required.
