Activities envisaged by the role:

  • Welcome and reception
  • Switchboard management and sorting of incoming calls
  • Office management activities (organization of meeting rooms, appointments, interviews, support for technical interventions)
  • Management of mail, couriers and suppliers
  • Purchasing and procurement of materials and goods for the office
  • Data entry in the management software and archive
  • Accounting management
  • Issue and registration of purchase and sale invoices
  • Support to general services

 

We are looking for candidates with the following requirements:

  • Be under 30 years old
  • IT general knowledge, and in particular of Office package and e-mail management
  • Good knowledge of English (oral and written comprehension and production)
  • Confidentiality, seriousness and courtesy
  • Problem solving and accuracy
  • Good ability to organize work and flexibility
  • Previous administrative / secretariat experience is preferable but not essential

 

Almost immediate availability is required.
