Between 1998 and 2006, a series of real estate maintenance and recovery services was carried out in various parts of Rome; the interventions regarded both public and private residential buildings, also in connection to regional development programs.
Particularly, they included:
– the renovation of the façades, frames and balcony ledges of some edifices in Via Norcia, Viale Mazzini and Via Amendola, removing the old coverings and replacing it with thixotropic mix, silicate paint finishing and structural masonry consolidation;
– the static consolidation and antiseismic structural upgrade of some real estate properties in Via S. Vittore and Via S. Maria Mazzarello, by means of an accurate static monitoring of the most significant damages and the construction of foundation piles, anchorage beams and the consolidation of the existing foundations, pillars and lintels;
– the recovery and renovation of residential edifices belonging to IACP (Autonomous Institute for Social Housing) in Tor Bella Monaca (Rome), through a detailed analysis dealing with structural, architectural, plant and technological aspects;
– the extraordinary maintenance of two residential complexes, located in Acilia in Via Petra. The intervention concerned the façades ranging from iron railings to structural elements, plasters, thresholds, front plates and drain devices, including also a scheduled maintenance plan.
