SESAME (Synchrotron-light for Experimental Science and Applications in the Middle East) is an International Scientific Research Centre situated in Jordan.

Our assignment consisted in the supervision of the construction works for a 1200-square-meter new building intended for a guest house to accommodate researchers and guests coming for short-term visits.

The building is composed of 3 floors with a rooftop terrace. Each floor is divided in two main spaces : one for public areas such as reception, cafeteria, meeting rooms, bedrooms and another for service areas such as boiler room, electrical room, cuisine rooms and food storage room.

Our activity was aimed at overseeing all works performed on site by the contractor in order to ensure that works carried out were consistent with the project specifications, the drawings and the budget.

Through regular on-site inspections, meetings with parties involved and a meticulous day-to-day management of the documentation, our project management team has succesfully monitored the progress of the work executed.
