RESTORATION OF THE FORMER RIETI EPISCOPAL SEMINARY
INTEGRA AES has recently started the studies for the technical/economic feasibility for the recovery of the building complex of the former Episcopal Seminary in the Municipality of Rieti. The intervention, financed by the Lazio Special Reconstruction Office, is part of the post-earthquake reconstruction 2016 in central Italy.
The study is aimed at the re-functionalization of the entire real estate complex, which will host -among other things- exhibition spaces and a laboratory for the restoration of cultural heritage. INTEGRA AES, therefore, confirms its attention and expertise in the sector of the recovery of artistic heritage, of historical and testimonial value.
The restoration interventions will also include adjustments at the systems and structural level aimed at re-establishing the static safety of the building, to make it functional for its future use.
