The project concerned the technical-functional upgrade of a hotel building and the interventions in compliance with fire safety standards. The facility, able to accommodate more than 300 guests, is located in Rome close to Termini Station. The existing criticalities, due to the presence of other adjacent functions and to the structural characteristics of the building, such as masonry structure and steel/concrete slabs, were resolved by means of an accurate and specific design.
