INTEGRA AES carried out the service of Support to the Client in the context of entrusting the service of investigation and drafting of the technical and economic feasibility project, the final project and the executive project including the safety and coordination plan for the construction of the new district “LA COMINA” within the project “CASERME VERDI”.

The main themes regarding the technological aspects of the project are therefore based on some very clear objectives following innovative criteria:

• Modular and prefabricated structures in order to contain construction time and ensure cost certain and contained costs of the new infrastructure to be built;
• Modular structures in order to ensure maximum flexibility and adaptability of use spaces to changing of operational needs;
• Systems that ensure easy inspectability for facility maintenance;
• “Dry” building systems that promote sustainability both during construction and at the end of the building’s life cycle.
