The XV-century rural village, located near Perugia and of high naturalistic prestige, is made up of a main rural house with residential buildings and farm facilities. Before the works, the site was in a marked state of decay, the requalification thus aimed at creating a small rustic-urban area, bolstering its agricultural history in conjunction with tourism. The interventions, planned and coordinated during the executive phase included the restoration of the existing buildings, the construction of new residential edifices, green areas, electrical and water plants.
