INTEGRA AES in this project played the role of supporting the Client in developing the technical prefeasibility study for the realization of the polifunctional center for GIS and Tuscania department and the development of the design brief tender documents. The purpose of the project is to illustrate the adaptation and modernization works of the Interforce Studies Center for Military Applications (C.I.S.A.M.) in San Piero a Grado (PI), in the hypothesis of using an aliquot of the said area as part of the relocation activities of the G.I.S. and the 1st Regiment ”Tuscania” of the Carabinieri Corps on the territory of Pisa. The Prefeasibility Project aims to give guideline guide to the design of efficient, functional buildings, fully compliant with current regulations and inspired to new standards and according to innovative construction criteria of modularity, construction speed, low impact environment and reduced operating and maintenance costs.
