The object of this work program concerns the recovery, restoration and conservative rehabilitation of the former bishop’s seminary in the Municipality of Rieti (Italy). The intervention is aimed at the construction of premises intended for museum storage, exhibition and restoration laboratory of the Cultural Heritage recovered following the seismic emergency of 2016. On the basis of the current state of affairs, the surveys and the previous projects drawn up and in progress on the ground floor as well as in consideration of the seismic and structural improvement interventions already carried out, an investigation plan was defined for the verification and seismic vulnerability of the complex , preparatory to the drafting of a Technical-Economic Feasibility Project to be used as the basis for the tender for the Executive Planning and Execution of Works which includes all the architectural, civil, structural and plant engineering works of the two floors subject to intervention.
